With an international background
and over 25 years of counseling experience, I strive to provide
effective therapy in a safe and comfortable environment, allowing
clients to explore issues, identify problems and develop approaches that
result in achieving a healthier life.
I place a priority on integrity and I adhere to the highest
professional ethical standards. Confidentiality and client respect
comprise the foundation of my work.
I provide counseling to
individuals, couples or families who are experiencing or have
experienced abuse, trauma, loss, grief, stress, anxiety, and depression.
I counsel individuals who are struggling with relationship
problems, terminal illness, chronic pain, disability or managing the
care of an older family member.
My
clients report a high degree of satisfaction with my compassionate,
insightful assistance. I take pride in my ability to harness an
individual’s hidden or neglected strengths, to confront issues and
develop plans for coping with and resolving difficult problems. After
the initial session, I will make recommendations about treatment options
and will help my client select the optimal way to proceed. Together, my
